Foam coated wheels

We coat any type of wheel with foam rubber or microcellular Polyurethane. The coating can be performed on different materials: Iron, steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium, plastic, composite, etc. The density ranges from 35 to 80 g/dm3.
The coating can be regenerated several times, as long as the thickness of the metal support is sufficient. The foam material can be combined with other materials, such as rubbers and compact Polyurethanes, silicones, etc.
The foam material can also water-proofed by special silicone treatments of centesimal/decimal thickness.
